You will ensure food is prepared to the highest standard, manage stock and costs, and uphold HSE and HACCP practices.
The role requires formal trade qualifications, robust leadership, and the ability to train kitchen staff; accommodation meals are provided and you'll operate in a agile guest-focused setting.
