Henry and the Fox is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our Melbourne CBD restaurant and events venue. This senior role offers ownership of day-to-day operations and menu development, with a Monday to Friday trade base and occasional weekend events.

You will mentor a long-standing team, drive food quality and safety, and collaborate with Operations Manager on seasonal menus and bespoke events.
