nA minimum of 3 + years of proven experience as a welder, with a portfolio of completed projects.n
nRelevant welding certifications (e.g., AWS, ASME) are highly desirable.n
nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.n
nKnowledge of welding safety standards and protocols.n
nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.n
nStrong communication and teamwork skills.n
nFlexibility to work overtime and weekends as project deadlines approach.n
