Panthers Group is seeking an experienced Head Chef for Panthers Port Macquarie to lead a agile kitchen team and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
You'll own day-to-day operations, drive menu development and balance creativity with the realities of running a busy club kitchen.
You'll manage costs, maintain high standards of food safety and quality, and coach chefs to build a proud, skilled kitchen culture that supports our members and guests.
