As Icaria continues to grow, we are excited to announce an opportunity for an Allied Health Team Leader - Adult Therapy Team to join our leadership team, working alongside our existing Team Leader in a shared leadership model. The Team Leaders play a key role in fostering a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture, helping to ensure Icaria remains an inclusive and rewarding place to work.
Working collaboratively alongside the existing Team Leader and broader leadership team, this role provides clinical and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team of approximately 20 therapists. Together, the Team Leaders support the success of the wider team, by leading team culture, supporting staff development, performance, clinical governance and service quality, and ensuring services remain responsive, person-centred and aligned with best practice. The successful applicant will also maintain a small clinical caseload alongside their leadership responsibilities, allowing them to remain connected to clinical practice, while supporting team members to thrive in their roles and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician to combine leadership responsibilities with a clinical caseload, on a part-time or full-time basis, with a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week .
