seek.com.au is seeking a Service Supervisor to coordinate and oversee the service department in a rapid-paced environment in Newcastle, NSW. You will manage dispatch, scheduling, invoicing, and technician coordination to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations.

The role requires excellent communication, solid MS Office skills, and the ability to liaise with customers, technicians and sales staff; prior supervisor experience in the service industry is highly desirable.
