Monash Health is seeking an experienced Grade 3 Social Worker to join Unit 2, Youth Mental Health at Dandenong Hospital. You will assess, intervene and discharge plan for 18–25 year olds with acute mental health needs in an inpatient setting.

You will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, provide supervision to junior staff and mentor students, while strengthening links with families and community services to support recovery and protected transitions.
