Pay and Conditions: Pay and conditions are in accordance with the Wine Industry Award . The current minimum full time hourly rate is $* per hour, plus applicable penalties, allowances and superannuation. Hours of Work: 38 ordinary hours per week, with reasonable additional hours during peak operational periods where applicable.
About the Role n
Down to Earth Pty Ltd is seeking motivated Vineyard Workers to undertake vineyard operations in the Margaret River wine region.

Wire lifting

Canopy management
n
Vine training
n
Trellis maintenance
n
Harvest activities
n
General vineyard maintenance
n
Other vineyard duties as directed
n
Skills and Attributes n
No previous vineyard experience is required.
n
n
Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work.
n
Reliable and punctual.
n
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
n
Willing to work in varying weather conditions.
n
Have a positive attitude and robust work ethic.
n
n
Full on-the-job training will be provided. There are opportunities to develop skills within the viticulture industry.
