Estée Lauder Companies Australia is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and coach our sales team in a prestige beauty workplace. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service and oversee daily store operations.

The successful candidate will have proven supervisory experience in cosmetics retail, be a self-starter, and capable of working retail hours including nights and weekends to meet targets and deliver a premium customer experience.
