Job Description
Talent is partnering with a leading Australian manufacturing organisation to recruit an experienced Level 2 IT Support Analyst for its Wollongong operation. This hands-on, face-to-face role sits in office five days a week, working with users across a large industrial site to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly.

You will join the TechCare team handling onsite IT support across Port Kembla, escalate via ServiceNow, and contribute to deploying Windows 11 devices with Microsoft Intune.
