Job Description
HealthShare NSW invites applications for a Leisure and Lifestyle Allied Health Assistant based in Holbrook, NSW.
You will support residents by delivering group and individual leisure programs and assist with diversional therapy under Allied Health supervision.
You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, organise communications and documentation, and help create lifestyle care plans that reflect residents' lives, interests and preferences in a protected, supportive workplace.
