ICT Support & Cyber Security Technicians (Entry or Senior)

nThese are hands-on roles supporting a range of businesses with day-to-day IT issues, hardware, software, networking, cloud-based systems and cyber security issues. Ideally this will suit an experienced technician or someone looking to take the next step in their IT career.n
nWhat you'll do: n
n
n
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support or cyber security expertise.
n
Experience in IT support, helpdesk or managed services or threat monitoring and implementation.
n
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
n
Install and configure computers, peripherals and business systems.
n
Manage support tickets and maintain accurate documentation.
n
Escalate complex issues when required.
n
Assist or lead IT projects, upgrades and security system improvements.
n
What you'll bring: n
n
2 - 5 years of experience.
n




Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
n
Current Kaseya BMS, Datto RMM and ThreatLocker experience
n
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Knowledge of Microsoft environments and business systems.
n
Networking experience will be highly regarded.
n
Current driver's licence.
n
