La Piazza, the flagship restaurant of Bankstown Sports, seeks an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations and a large front-of-house team.
This quick-paced venue requires hands-on leadership and a focus on guest experiences.
You will report to the Restaurant Manager, coaching staff, driving service standards and collaborating with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless functions and dining.
RSA/RCG certified candidates are preferred.
