Bupa Docklands is seeking a Receptionist/Concierge to be the first point of contact in our Visa Medical Assessment Centres.
This casual role covers weekdays and weekends, with centre hours 8am–6pm, and will move to a recent Collins Street Melbourne centre in December.You will perform identity checks, process EFTPOS payments, verify documentation, and guide customers through the medical examination process, using our databases and explicit communication.
