Skilled Nursing is currently assisting a client to source experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Scout Registered Nurses to join a theatre team in a rapid‐paced and supportive clinical environment.
n
This is an excellent chance for passionate theatre nurses who are committed to delivering high‐quality patient care and thrive within a agile perioperative setting.

You will play a key role in planning, coordinating and evaluating patient care while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across a variety of orthopaedic procedures.

Key Requirements n
n
current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Scrub Scout Nurse
n
Exposure to MAKO robotic‐assisted surgery will be highly regarded
n
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster and varying shift times
n
Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
n
Robust communication skills with a proactive and team‐focused approach
n
n
