NDIS Discover Nursing Australia is seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide 1:1 community access support for a young gentleman in a relaxed, rewarding role.

You will accompany him to appointments, cafés, shopping trips, parks and local activities, helping him participate and develop independence. A nurse-led organisation provides ongoing support, with versatile schedule and contractor ABN arrangements.
