Equitifund Group seeks an Executive Assistant to support the General Manager - Property from a Raby Bay office in Queensland.
This part time role runs weekdays 9:30am to 2:30pm, five days a week, helping keep the property portfolio on track.You will manage the GM's diary, coordinate travel, draft documents, and liaise with tenants, contractors and managers.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-focused and able to work independently in a quick-paced workplace.
