Coles Group is launching a two-year graduate program in Melbourne, offering hands-on learning, rotations with transparent ownership, and prospects to contribute to meaningful projects.
The program includes a tailored development plan and a robust support network.
In the second year, you may work on an Innovation Project and present to our Executive Leadership Team.
Hybrid work is available, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
