the Studio Manager is actively involved in the studio every day. You coach sessions, lead the team, and drive performance through presence, structure, and accountability.

We are looking for a strong leader who understands that growth comes from people, systems, sales and consistency. Someone who is comfortable making decisions, having direct conversations, and taking responsibility for results.

Hands-on Studio Manager role leading team performance, culture, and operations in a high-standard BFT studio.

Key Responsibilities n




Coach group training sessions weekly
n
Drive lead generation through social media and studio initiatives
n
Set and maintain coaching and studio standards
n
Recruit, onboard, and develop coaches
n
Manage rosters, schedules, and daily operations
n
Implement systems and processes that drive consistency
n
Support studio growth through leadership and execution
You must have: n
Experience in fitness or people leadership
n
Strong organisational and communication skills
n
Confidence having direct conversations
n
Ability to stay composed under pressure
n
Availability across early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
