Job Description
Archer Daniels Midland Company seeks a Process Safety Engineer to lead the implementation of ADM Process Safety Management systems across its Decatur complex. You will own programs, train leadership and engineers, and drive improvements in risk reduction and compliance.

You'll monitor PSM performance, collaborate with regional experts, and contribute to audit readiness, incident investigations and safety communications across the facility.
