builder with a strong pipeline of work across Victoria. We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a 5-level apartment project in Essendon

This is a well-structured project with strong systems, consultant engagement and head office support already in place — ideal for a Site Manager who enjoys ownership and delivery.
About The Role n
You will take full responsibility for on-site delivery, driving safety, program and quality outcomes while leading subcontractors and site teams.
What You'll Be Doing: n
n
Managing all day-to-day site activities on a multi-storey apartment build
n
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and inspections
n
Driving safety, quality and program performance
n




Working closely with the Project Manager and broader delivery team
n
Maintaining a skilled, high-performing site culture
n
About You n
n
Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or multi-storey apartment projects
n
Solid understanding of structure, services coordination and sequencing
n
Confident, hands-on leadership style
n
Strong safety-first mindset
n
Trade background or relevant construction qualification preferred
