Working with clinical leaders, operational managers and stakeholders, you will coordinate workforce planning initiatives and drive readiness for recent facilities.

You will engage with diverse stakeholders, analyse data and contribute to continuous workforce reform and capacity planning to support patient care across Western Health sites.
