Save The Children Australia, in partnership with Ohana for Youth, seeks a Senior Practitioner to launch the Ohana Academy in Logan. You will provide holistic case management to young people aged 10–16 and their families, ensuring wraparound support through an interdisciplinary team.

You will lead program planning, coordinate staff, and build solid relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to support positive outcomes.
