Estia Health is seeking a dedicated HR qualified for a fixed-term parental leave replacement (Nov 2026–Aug 2027) to deliver recruitment, onboarding and HR operations support across People & Culture, Payroll and Operations teams.

You will prepare compliant letters and contracts, coordinate new starter checks, and maintain accurate personnel records while guiding managers and partners through ER policies and entitlements.
