3DM Surface Finishing seeks a Chief Operating Officer to run all non-engineering activities and act as second in command to the CEO. The role is grounded in scaling a hardware-focused business with a explicit path to the CEO role as the current CEO retires in 2027/2028.

You will lead the Port Melbourne facility, coordinate contracts, budgets, and supplier/logistics networks while guiding the company toward a recurring revenue model and global market expansion.
