Sharp & Carter seeks a Senior Food Safety & Quality Systems Specialist for a hands-on, temporary role in a busy food manufacturing operation in Victoria. You will own auditing, verification, HACCP and continuous improvement, becoming a key SME across quality systems and compliance.

You will drive improvements, manage corrective actions, mentor staff and coordinate supplier/ customer audits while ensuring GMP and regulatory adherence.
