BaptistCare is seeking a dedicated Residential Manager for Kintyre Lodge, Dubbo NSW, to lead the home’s operations and drive exceptional resident-centred care in a thriving aged care community.

The role involves managing clinical, financial, and people outcomes, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and overseeing quality improvements with support from the Leadership & Management Team. This is a full time, on-site leadership position.
