Senior Business Analyst | Data & Financial Crime / Reg Reporting

- Location: Sydney (Hybrid)
- Rate: $950/day + Super
- Contract: Initial 12 Months

Are you a data-savvy Senior Business Analyst looking for your next high-impact role? We are partnering with a leading financial institution to secure a Senior BA with deep expertise in data analysis and financial services regulatory experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Bridge the gap between business stakeholders, data engineers, and compliance teams.
- Deliver core data mapping, lineage, and root-cause analysis for complex domain datasets.
- Draft comprehensive BRDs, functional specs, and data-flow diagrams.

What We're Looking For:

- Extensive Business Analysis experience within financial services,



ideally banking
- Strong SQL skills, data profiling, and source-to-target mapping
- Proven background in Financial Crime (IFTI/SMR, Transaction Monitoring) is highly desirable. Candidates with robust experience in Payments or Regulatory Reporting are also strongly encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical data insights into actionable business outcomes.

Candidates must be based in Sydney with full Australian work rights
