One of Australia's most respected luxury skincare brands is seeking an experienced Business Development Supervisor to support the growth of the business across NSW, QLD & WA, working closely with the Managing Director across business development, marketing, PR, events, promotions and brand initiatives .

This is a varied and influential role, with approximately 50% focused on business development and supporting the sales team, and 50% supporting the Managing Director across marketing, PR, events, promotions and strategic brand initiatives across both brands.

You will work closely with the Managing Director to provide commercial and creative input into the growth and positioning of the brands, while overseeing and supporting a small sales team.

The Role

You will have a broad remit across business development, sales leadership, marketing and brand activity, including:

- Supporting and overseeing the sales team across NSW, QLD & WA
- Working with the Sales Representatives to support account growth, customer relationships and sales performance
- Identifying opportunities for new business and supporting the team in developing new accounts
- Providing guidance, coaching and support to 2 Sales Representatives & 1 Educator
- Working closely with the Managing Director to provide input across marketing strategy, PR, events, promotions and brand initiatives
- Assisting with the planning and execution of events, launches, promotional activities, PR opportunities and industry activations
- Providing commercial and creative input into marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Supporting the development of brand awareness, engagement and growth across both brands
- Coordinating with external suppliers, partners, PR and marketing contacts as required




- Monitoring sales performance, forecasting, reporting and KPIs
- Developing business development initiatives and sales strategies in conjunction with the Managing Director
- Analysing sales, market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Working cross-functionally with education, operations and warehouse teams
- Travelling interstate, including approximately two trips to QLD and two trips to WA each year

About You

- Proven experience in sales, business development, marketing or a related role within beauty, skincare or a similar industry
- Strong understanding of sales, customer relationships and business development
- A genuine interest in marketing, PR, events, promotions and brand development
- Commercially driven with a solid focus on business growth and sales performance
- Confident working closely with senior management and contributing ideas and recommendations
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects, events and priorities
- A natural leader who enjoys supporting and mentoring others
- Experience with professional or prestige beauty brands highly regarded
- Marketing, sales or business management experience will be highly regarded
