The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking a Team Leader ICT Support to lead and develop the ICT Support Team and coordinate the day-to-day operation of the service desk. The role involves setting priorities, coaching staff, and ensuring incidents and service requests are triaged and resolved in line with service expectations.
This hands-on leadership position also contributes to ICT projects, develops knowledge resources, and drives a positive, customer-focused culture across the organisation.
