RFBI's Coffs Harbour Masonic Village is seeking an experienced Catering Officer to deliver high-quality meals to residents, reporting to the Catering Supervisor. You will prepare meals in line with food safety programs and nutritional guidelines, assist with function catering, serve residents, and maintain a clean, well-organised dining and kitchen area.

The role requires qualifications in Secure Food Handling, knowledge of elderly dietary needs, and a working understanding of WHS and manual
