The ideal candidate will have experience leading QA activities across iOS and Android applications, managing test strategies, coordinating with development and business stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end testing activities for iOS and Android mobile applications.

Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.

Perform functional, regression, integration, system, compatibility, and usability testing.

Identify, analyse, track, and manage defects using Jira or similar tools.

Coordinate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve defects.

Review test cases and ensure appropriate test coverage across mobile applications.

Support automation testing initiatives and identify opportunities to improve QA processes.

Monitor testing progress, provide regular status reports, and highlight risks and dependencies.

Mentor and guide QA engineers and support the overall testing team.

Required Skills & Experience





Maximum 15+ years of experience in software testing, with significant experience in mobile application testing.

Strong hands-on experience testing Android and iOS applications.

Robust understanding of manual and automation testing methodologies.

Experience with functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, and compatibility testing.

Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect/test management tools.

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Previous experience in a Test Lead / QA Lead / Senior Test Engineer role.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Experience with mobile automation tools such as Appium, Selenium, or similar frameworks.

Experience with CI/CD tools and integration of automated tests into pipelines.

Experience working with real-device cloud testing platforms.

Experience in large-scale enterprise or customer-facing mobile applications.
