Wellways Australia Limited is seeking a compassionate Vocational Navigator to support carers transitioning into employment and volunteering. You will conduct needs assessments, develop tailored vocational plans and deliver coaching sessions to help clients re-enter the workforce.
You will build relationships with carers, provide post-placement support and connect them with community services. A background in career coaching or employment services is preferred and relevant checks are required.
