Permanent, full-time | Day shift | On-site in Wingfield (SA)

$29.70 per hour + super + entitlements

We’re seeking a confident and detail-focused Tele Sales Assistant to join a busy team in a desk-based customer service / telesales role. This is a permanent, full time opportunity based on-site at our client’s Wingfield office.

Key responsibilities

- Take customer orders via phone/email and process accurately
- Provide prompt, professional customer service and follow-up
- Data entry and maintenance of customer/order records
- Confirm order details, resolve queries, and ensure accuracy end-to-end
- Support the team with general administration as required

What you’ll bring

- 1–2 years’ experience in customer service (phone-based and/or order processing preferred)




- Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy
- Good computer literacy (confident with data entry, emails, and internal systems)
- Clear communication skills and a friendly phone manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility requirement

- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (this role is not open to visa holders)
