The site is right next to Sydenham Station, making it one of the most accessible food manufacturing sites in Sydney.

What you'll be doing

This is a hands-on production role where you'll rotate across different parts of the line depending on where you're needed most. Tasks include:

Weighing and preparing ingredients

Cooking in large commercial kettles

Operating an automated filling line (filling tubs with soup and monitoring fill weights)

Packing finished product into shipping cartons and palletising

No two days are exactly the same, and you'll build a broad set of skills across the production process.

What we're looking for





Prior experience in food manufacturing, production, or a commercial kitchen is a real advantage

Comfortable working in a busy setting

Attention to detail — particularly around hygiene and quality

A team-first attitude and willingness to learn

Reliable across your assigned shift pattern

Location: Marrickville, Sydney NSW — 50m from Sydenham Station

Shifts available: 6am–2pm & 2pm–10pm (shift penalties apply)

Employment Type: Casual initially, with the potential to transition to a permanent full-time position based on business needs and performance.
