Daydream Island Resort is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver friendly, skilled service throughout the guest stay. You will welcome guests, check in, assist with enquiries, manage reservations and payments, and ensure a memorable experience with a focus on accuracy and proactive service.

Role requires excellent communication, customer service and teamwork. Opera/Fidelio experience and Microsoft Office proficiency are highly valued; live-on island is provided.
