Agent Assistant

The agency is looking for an Agent Assistant to grow & develop within the business, ideal for someone looking to become a live music agent.

Employment type:

Casual Part-time to begin - approx. 20 hrs per week (with room to increase to permanent employment)

Start Date:

Immediately

Roles:

Work with and support the Agent team with administrative duties, including contracting and advancing confirmed shows, assisting with ticket sales reports, and securing support options for artist tours.

Maintain and keep agency database and resources current and up to date.

Start to develop, maintain and grow relationships with the agency’s artist teams & broader music industry.

The position would incorporate ongoing training for new staff who wish to grow within the business.





Essential skills we’re looking for:

Strong organisation: Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task, follow processes, and manage large volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.

Clear communication: Solid written and verbal skills.

Solid computer literacy: With experience using the full Microsoft Suite and Mac computers.

Strong work ethic & ability to remain calm under pressure.

Problem-solving and adaptability.
