Mode Cleaning is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Commercial and Hotel Cleaners to join our growing team in Noosa Heads, QLD. This is a casual position offering versatile working arrangements that suit your lifestyle. As a Commercial and Hotel Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across premium hotel and commercial properties. This role is essential in creating welcoming, immaculate environments that enhance guest experiences and reflect the professionalism of our clients. Working across various locations in and around Noosa Heads, you will play a vital part in the day-to-day operations of some of the region's most prestigious establishments.

What you'll be doing

- Cleaning and sanitizing rooms, bathrooms, corridors and communal areas in hotels and commercial establishments
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing surfaces to maintain immaculate standards
- Stripping and making hotel beds
- Restocking supplies such as toiletries, towels and amenities in guest rooms and facilities




- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
- Working efficiently to meet daily cleaning schedules

What we're looking for

- Prior experience in hotel, hospitality or commercial cleaning environments, preferably in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning standards
- Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout shifts
- Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings or weekends
