We are seeking 2 Full-Time Client Advisors to join our newly opening QueensPlaza Concession, David Jones. Roster: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday.

Working collaboratively with the Retail Operations Partner you will be an active contributor to the dynamic sales team by delivering superior customer service and sales, in addition to working proactively and collaboratively with the boutique and brand.

About You:
You are an experienced retailer, enthusiastic, reliable,



and passionate about fashion and retail. Additionally, you have:

Minimum 2 years of retail experience is required for this position.

Candidates must have Australian work rights and able to work 38h per week to be eligible for this role.

Ability to engage with customers ensuring quality customer service and experience

The ability to multi-task to support the Retail Operations Partner in the delivery of the store presentation, achievement of sales targets, and product knowledge

An ability to demonstrate your success in meeting performance objectives (KPIs)

The ability to work independently, using your initiative to problem solve

Experience with using CRM and POS Systems

Strong communication skills face to face, over email and telephone
