We specialise in mobile phone, tablet, laptop and gaming console repairs, along with accessories and other tech services.

Job description

About the Role

We’re looking for motivated people who enjoy technology, customer service and sales .

The role includes:

- Mobile phone and device repairs
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting devices
- Customer service and retail sales
- Recommending accessories and repair options
- Managing stock and keeping the store organised




- Working towards individual and store sales KPIs and performance targets

What We're Looking For

- Basic iPhone/Samsung repair experience is preferred
- Valuable computer and technology knowledge
- Retail, sales or customer service experience
- Confident and friendly with customers
- Reliable with good attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Don't have extensive repair experience? That's okay. If you're good with technology, great with customers and keen to learn, we can provide training.
