As part of the Reece Group, Reece Fire develops and delivers products that drive safety and protection.About the roleAs part of the team in Townsville, you'll take on a varied and hands-on role that combines customer service, warehouse operations and delivery driving. You'll help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to maintain fire safety protection, while supporting the day-to-day operations that keep the branch running smoothly.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the road, with a large portion of the role focused on delivering products to customers throughout the region. When you're back in branch, you'll assist with trade counter sales, customer service, stock handling and general branch operations.An MR Licence is preferred but not essential . We also welcome applications from candidates who hold a current driver's licence and are interested in obtaining their MR licence with support and development opportunities available.Your day-to-dayA typical day will involve:Making deliveries to customers using a company vehicleLoading and unloading products safely and efficientlyProviding customer service and information about productsProviding quotes both in person and over the phoneUndertaking pick packing and stock control activitiesAssisting with receipting and dispatching goodsHelping keep the branch tidy, organised and safeWe'd love to hear from you if you're someone who:Enjoys driving and delivering exceptional customer serviceHas previous experience in delivery driving, warehousing, retail sales or customer serviceCan pick orders, maintain stock accuracy and ensure information provided is accurateCan use a computer and is happy to learn new systemsHolds a clean,
