About the Role:

We are seekinga Cleaning and Catering Attendant to join our team on a Causal or Part-Time basis!

You will be based at our Oran Park House located at 1 Thompson Road Oran Park NSW 2570.

Various shifts are available, providing flexibility to suit your schedule

Available Shifts: 07:30 - 15:00 (Monday to Friday)

Laundry Attendant

Available Shifts: 07:00 - 15:00 ( Monday to Friday)

Oran Park House is seeking a motivated and compassionate Catering, Cleaning and Laundry Attendant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with the elderly and is passionate about providing quality hospitality and dining services. You will be part of a supportive and cooperative team dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing and dining experience of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with general meal preparation, meal delivery, and maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen.





Perform cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and maintaining surfaces such as windows and doors

Receive, sort and load, as well as iron, fold and arrange laundry

Support residents' dining needs and provide excellent customer service

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene

Follow infection control and food handling procedures

Participate in kitchen cleaning and equipment

Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and positive dining environment for residents

About You:

Police Check (National Police Certificate) (Essential)

At least 1 year experience as a catering, cleaning or laundry attendant (Desirable)

Previous experience in an aged care environment (Desirable)

Excellent customer service and communication skills

A positive attitude and genuine passion for supporting the elderly

Commitment to delivering high-quality services and enhancing the resident experience

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
