The role

As one of the first people our patients meet, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience.

Your day will include:

- Welcoming patients and making them feel comfortable

- Managing appointments, phone calls and patient enquiries

- Coordinating our clinicians’ schedules

- Following up patients and helping them stay on track with their dental care

- Processing payments and general reception administration

- Working closely with our clinical team to keep each day running smoothly

- Looking for ways to continually improve the patient experience

Previous dental reception experience is highly regarded, but attitude, initiative and cultural fit are just as key to us .
