Challenge Community Services is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join the Illawarra Accommodation Services in Horsley, NSW. You’ll provide personal care, daily living support and promote independence for clients with high support needs, including those in shared living environments.

The role includes PM/ sleepover shifts as part of a flexible roster. Experience with disability support and robust communication is essential.
