Office, Systems & AI automation – All rounder

This is a wide-ranging role covering office administration, customer service, retail, systems and business improvement. You'll be an important part of keeping the office running smoothly, assisting in the retail shop while also helping us use AI, technology and automation to improve the way we work.

Key responsibilities

- Supporting the retail staff in our shop on busy occasions
- Answering phones and handling customer enquiries
- Supporting B2B customers with our online portal
- Working with our inventory and business systems
- Maintaining/updating the website
- Banking and general administration
- Booking school and community groups
- Organising weekend markets and events
- Sourcing and ordering stock
- Customer administration

About you





- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident dealing with customers
- Able to work independently and take ownership
- Very comfortable using technology and AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Experience with Xero, Cin7, Shopify and B2B portals would be an advantage
- Practical problem solver
- Interested in AI, automation and new technology
