Officers Mess in Brisbane is seeking a hands-on Café Manager to lead the café operations and deliver a standout customer experience. You’ll be on the floor, guiding the team and maintaining coffee quality in a busy restaurant setting.

You’ll manage rosters, training, stock control and customer enquiries, working closely with kitchen and front-of-house leadership to ensure smooth service on a Wednesday to Sunday roster.
