Century 21 Commercial Hervey Bay is seeking a motivated and flexible individual to join our team as a Commercial Property Manager . If you're a self-starter with a passion for customer service and a knack for building relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This is a full-time role and we will provide extensive training, making prior property management experience non-essential.

The Role:

This is a key position where you will manage a growing portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail properties. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and nurturing solid relationships with landlords and tenants
- Handling tenant inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude
- Conducting routine property inspections and preparing condition reports
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
- Developing strategies to grow and enhance the rental portfolio

About You:





The ideal candidate will have:

- Minimum 3 years experience in administration, property or a management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- A current driver's license and reliable vehicle
- The willingness to obtain a QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (if you don't already have one)
