Hutcheon & Pearce are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our supportive and collaborative marketing team. This is a great opportunity for an organised, motivated marketing skilled who enjoys variety, working with people and seeing their work come to life across a growing business.

What you will be doing:

No two days will be exactly the same. You’ll play an important role in supporting our marketing team and helping deliver campaigns, projects and initiatives across the business. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the marketing team with projects, campaigns and day-to-day activities.
- Creating and distributing brochures, flyers, catalogues, HP Magazine content and promotional materials.
- Updating and maintaining website content.
- Managing user access, roles and permissions across our CRM and related systems.
- Keeping CRM data clean, accurate and up to date.
- Creating reports and dashboards to provide valuable sales and marketing insights.
- Building and distributing CRM campaigns, including follow-up reporting.
- Managing John Deere case updates and communication with Branch Managers.
- Providing training and support to team members using the CRM.
- Assisting with customer experience calls and coordinating Dealer Experience Letters.

What you will bring:

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working across different areas of marketing and the wider business. You’ll ideally have:

- A qualification in Marketing, Communications,



Business Administration or a related field — Certificate, Diploma or Degree.
- Strong editing and proofreading skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent organisation and project management skills.
- Strong data management skills, including data entry, cleansing and quality assurance.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
