#### Rostering OfficerSilkstone, QLD 4304Full Time#### Job descriptionRostering Officer - Immediate Start - Silkstone, QLD Pay Rate: $46.70/hr (casual) Location: Silkstone, QLD Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4.00pm Start Date: Immediate start available Employment Type: Temporary, casual - with potential for permanent placementAre you highly organised, detail-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an experienced Rostering Officer to join our Client's growing team in Ipswich and play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive consistent, high-quality support services.About the Role As a Rostering Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating employee rosters, managing workforce availability, supporting onboarding activities, and ensuring staffing requirements are met across our services. You will work closely with clients, employees, recruitment, clinical, and operational teams to maintain smooth day-to-day service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain employee rosters to ensure adequate staffing coverage.Monitor workforce availability and identify staffing gaps.Coordinate roster changes, shift allocations, and staff replacements.Support onboarding activities for new employees.Liaise with recruitment and clinical teams regarding training and workforce requirements.Assist with payroll checks and verification of timesheets and attendance records.Coordinate transport of information between employees, clients,
