About GHG

For more than 25 years, GHG has been recognised as one of the most respected names in the turf and landscape industry. We specialise in turf construction, sports field drainage, renovation and maintenance, and we deliver quality outcomes on a diverse range of projects, from community grounds to tier-one sporting surfaces.

We're a family-owned business, and we believe our people are fundamental to our success. Our goal is straightforward: to see every employee succeed and grow. That means real training, genuine support and a team culture people enjoy being part of. As a stable and growing organisation, we offer long-term careers, not just jobs.

Our business is growing fast, and we're looking for multiple operators to join our crews.

The opportunity

You'll join one of our key operational teams on major sports field construction and refurbishment projects. We often handle the final stage of construction, getting fields ready for play and making sure they perform in all conditions. That means attention to detail matters, and quality is everything.

You'll work in a small,

dedicated crew that wins together. Everyone plays their role, and the results speak for themselves.

What you'll do

- Operate tractors and specialist sports field equipment (full training provided)
- Work from designs and drawings to deliver new builds and renovations
- Deliver high-quality finishes on tier-one sporting surfaces
- Work to GHG's systems, processes and quality standards
- Put safety first, every time

About you

- Experienced operator with advanced tractor skills
- Keen to learn specialist equipment and pick up new skills
- Physically fit for site work
- Takes direction well and works as part of a team
- Takes pride in quality work you can tell people about
- Loves sport, whether you play it or watch it
- Ambition to grow into a future team leader role
- HR licence desirable but not essential

Why join GHG?

- Competitive salary package
- Brand new, state-of-the-art machinery
- Significant training and development to build your skills
- Clear career progression, with pathways to team leader for the right people
- A passionate, experienced team in a supportive family-owned business
- Secure work with a stable, growing company
- A diverse range of projects you'll be proud to point out
